About this store

Jiu Jitsu Vibes LLC operates Jiu Jitsu Vibes. In these terms, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Jiu Jitsu Vibes LLC. These terms apply to use of our online store and purchases from it. Our store uses Shopify's commerce platform, and Printful helps produce and fulfill our products. Jiu Jitsu Vibes LLC is your seller and your contact for order assistance.

Using the store

You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement, or use the store under the supervision and authorization of a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information and keep account credentials secure. Do not use the store for unlawful activity, fraudulent orders, payment abuse, malware, interference with store operations or unauthorized access to systems or other customers' information.

Products and sizing

Rash guards fit snugly and run small. We recommend choosing one size larger than your usual size for a more comfortable fit. Check the size guide before ordering.

Products are made to order. Review the description, size guide, fit notes and care instructions before ordering. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear; small print-position and measurement variations can occur within the product's manufacturing tolerances. These variations do not excuse an incorrectly fulfilled or defective product. Product photos and descriptions do not guarantee that an item meets a particular competition's uniform rules; check your event's requirements before purchasing.

Orders and payment

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not mean production or shipping has started.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable shipping charges, taxes and any selected discounts appear at checkout before payment. You authorize the payment amount shown when you submit your order. Keep your order confirmation for reference.

We may need to decline or cancel an order because a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, an order appears fraudulent or a material listing error prevents fulfillment. We will contact you if an order is affected. We will not substitute a product or charge a higher price without your agreement. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the canceled items and any related charges that are no longer payable, subject to applicable law.

Production and delivery

We currently ship within the United States only and offer standard shipping. For orders containing only rash guards, shipping is currently a flat $5.09 per order, including orders with multiple rash guards. Other product categories may add shipping charges. Review the final shipping total at checkout before paying. We may change rates for future orders; a later rate change does not change the shipping charge on an order you already placed.

Production time is separate from shipping time. Delivery estimates are estimates and can be affected by production, carriers and other delays. Items may ship separately. Available destinations, shipping methods and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout. Our Shipping policy provides further information. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have if an order is delayed or cannot be delivered.

Check your delivery address before paying. Contact us promptly about errors; changes may not be possible once production or shipping has started. We will explain any proposed additional reshipping charge before asking you to pay it.

Changes, cancellations, returns and refunds

Because products are made to order, changes and cancellations depend on production status and are not guaranteed. Contact support@jiujitsuvibes.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Our Refund policy explains customer-selected sizing and fit exclusions, claims for defects and fulfillment errors, missing deliveries and approved refunds. Customer-selected wrong sizes, fit preferences, wrong colors and changes of mind do not qualify for voluntary returns, exchanges or refunds. Wrong items or sizes actually shipped and qualifying manufacturing defects can be reviewed through the claim process. Contact us before sending back a product.

We receive customer reports and submit eligible supplier claims. Printful's settlement with us does not itself refund your Shopify purchase. Mandatory consumer rights remain in place regardless of our voluntary-return exclusions or supplier coverage.

Store content

Store text, branding, artwork and other content belong to their respective owners. You may view and use the store to learn about products and make purchases. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its artwork or grant a license to reproduce that artwork commercially. Do not copy or exploit store content in a way that infringes another person's rights.

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Services reached through third-party links may have their own terms and privacy policies. Review those before using them.

Problems and your rights

If you have a concern about a product, payment or delivery, contact support@jiujitsuvibes.com so we can investigate and explain the available next steps. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, warranties, remedies or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version here. Changes apply prospectively; the terms presented when you placed an order continue to govern that order unless a change is required by applicable law or you agree otherwise.
